Practices start May 19th
While school is in session the schedule
is as follows:
Monday through Thursday
Pre-Team: 5:00-5:30 (one lane)
Mites: 5:00-5:45
Midgets: 5:45-6:30
Juniors & Up: 6:30-7:30
When school is out this schedule
starts June 18th
Mornings: Monday through Friday (except Thursday mornings,
we have fun practice at 9:30!)
Mites: 8:00-8:45
Midgets: 8:45-9:30
Juniors & Up: 9:30-10:30
Pre-Team: 10:30-11:00 (only am
practices, no afternoon's)
Afternoon: Monday through Thursday
Mites & Midgets: 5:30-6:15
Juniors & Up: 6:15-7:00
THURSDAY MORNINGS

Important Messages from the TVRA "Storm Center"

For all Champs Qualifiers

Many hours go into planning the Champ's entries and relays and we have to register all swimmers and relays this Saturday morning. The coaches must know ASAP (preferably by tomorrow morning) if your swimmer will not be attending Champs. If you have not spoken directly to either Carter or Sarah to discuss that your child will not attend Champs, please respond to this email to let us know if your child will not be attending Champs.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this email. If you prefer you may call me at 467-8209 and leave a message if your child is not planning to swim.

GRAL CHAMPS INFORMATION

Dear Parents,

Attached is information about this years GRAL Champs being held in Manassas. Order Forms for T-Shirts and order form if you would like to place an ad in the heat book. I will also have print out of all Informatio and forms at the pool and at tonights meet.
Heat Sheet Ad orders are due by Sunday July 13th. I will post a sample on the Swim Team board. Orders can be placed in envelope on Swim Team Board.T-Shirt orders are due Tuesday July 15th - Please give to Pam Pruitt

Heat Sheets are $10If your swimmer qualifies for Champs at our final home meet You will still have an opportunity to place a Heat Sheet ad and order a Heat sheet and T-Shirt.
